One day Chillida observed that Stone masons removing stone from a quarry where not aware that they were creating space. From this reflection, we decided to create space within a space through the weaving of exterior and interior to produce a entrepreneurial center for Torrelavega.

El edificio se rompe para crear una separación o cravasse. Este vacío intersticial se convierte en la identidad que combina tanto la zona de escalada y un jardín de invierno.
The building was broken in the middle to create a separation or crevasse. This interstitial void becomes the identity of the building where both the climbing area and winter garden.

El proyecto intenta crear una conexión entre el pueblo y la laguna. El edificio adyacente a la plaza introduce el espacio público e invita a los usuarios dentro para transportarlos virtualmente a la laguna.
The project intends create a connection between the town and the lagoon. The building situated adjacent to a plaza introduces the public space inside the building and invites users in virtually transporting them to the lagoon.
