MUSEO DEL VINO / WINE MUSEUM JUMILLA
El proyecto tiene por objeto la rehabilitación de la antigua Fábrica de Espartería de Jumilla (Murcia), con objeto de dedicarla a Centro de Interpretación del Vino.
The project aims to rehabilitate the old factory Espartería in Jumilla (Murcia), and convert it into a wine museum for the region of Murcia.

El proyecto tiene lugar en la ubicación de la antigua fábrica de Maximino Moreno donde aparecieron los restos arqueológicos de Muralla Árabe de Molina. (s. XII).
The Project is located on the site of the old factory of Maximino Moreno where archeological remains of the Moorish wall of Molina de Segura (s.XII) were discovered.

La idea de este anteproyecto nace con el objetivo principal de dar forma a un ESPACIO ABIERTO: “LA CASA DEL ZORRO”, en base a un espacio y programa propuestos por la Asociación “La Casa del Zorro”.
The concept for the project came from the objective to give form to an OPEN SPACE: “LA CASA DEL ZORRO”, starting from a space and program proposed by the association “La Casa del Zorro”.

The building is made up of nine floors. Seven above ground and two below ground parking levels accessed from the Carretera nacional Madrid-Cartagena.
